The team has a strong track record of supporting ambitious management teams and delivering long-term, sustainable growth across a range of sectors.The firm is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join its London office. This is a full cycle investment position from origination through to deal execution and portfolio management. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment at a leading fund and wants to build a career in private equity.Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, including market research and origination outreachTake ownership of financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysisManage key workstreams across commercial and financial due diligenceWork directly with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiativesSupport internal reporting, investment committee materials, and fund-level projectsCandidate Requirements:3–5 years’ experience in Transaction Services, M&A or Private Equity Demonstrable experience working on mid-market transactionsStrong technical capability in financial modelling and due diligenceExcellent communication skills and a confident, credible presence with senior stakeholdersHighly motivated, with sound judgement and a proactive mindset
