This is a hands-on investment management role with a focus on joint ventures. You will be responsible for monitoring asset performance, managing risks and supporting value creation across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day activities across joint venture investments.Oversee financial models, investment reporting, and feasibility analysis.Identify and mitigate risks across planning, execution, and delivery.Work closely with external stakeholders, advisors, and internal teams.Contribute to investment reviews, reporting, and portfolio strategy.About You3–6 years’ experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or private equity.Strong understanding of asset and transaction risks, including market, cost, and sales drivers.Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Commercially sharp, with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes.Strong communicator who can build trust with partners and senior stakeholders.This role suits someone who enjoys diving into the technical details of investments while keeping the broader picture in focus maximising returns and long-term value creation for investors.Apply NowFor more information, please contact Jonny at Redpath Partners: jonny@redpathpartners.com / 0423097723
