Join us!The teamThe Investment Banking division is organised across industry, country, and product coverage teams. Industry teams include Consumer and Retail; Natural Resources; Financial Institutions; Financial Sponsors; Healthcare; Multi-Industries; Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure; and Technology, Media and Telecoms amongst others. Product teams cover Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance and country teams cover all regions in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and are partially or fully based in regional offices. Coverage teams work together across the Investment Banking division to provide solutions to our clients on a range of strategic topics covering corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advice.Programme OverviewOur Analyst programme is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience within Investment Banking.Training and Development Your training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.ResponsibilitiesAs a Full-Time Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups providing you with a unique learning opportunityHelp the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging the full spectrum of the Bank's capabilitiesActively contribute to the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analysisBuild relationships, knowledge and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career opportunitiesActively participate in executing transactions, including work with clients as well as representatives of other investment banks and other advisorsEligibilityCandidates are required to be a recent graduate, or in their final year of study pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation timeframe between September 2025 and July 2026Must be available to join as a Full-Time Analyst in April 2026What We Are Looking ForEssential:Fluency in English is mandatoryYou will need to demonstrate drive, innovation, and a genuine interest in the financial marketsTeamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus creativity are key qualities, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and interact with a variety of peopleDisplay analytical and problem-solving skillsInfluence decisions and outcomes through effective communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate integrity and ethics by earning other’s trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactionsOur recruitment processAnalyst Full-Time recruiting takes place on a rolling basis once our applications are open.
