We are currently working with a large US Investment Bank who have a Boutique offering here in London, which is looking to expand its M&A team across the Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Space.They are currently looking to hire at the Analyst 2/3 level and are seeking someone who wants to grow with the business. Due to the increased level of activity within the time and a growing 2026 pipeline, they are looking to make an urgent hire!Please see further details below.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of M&A strategic advisory mandatesBuild and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analysesPrepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and client presentationsSupport deal origination and business developmentEngage with clients, investors, and project developers throughout the deal process RequirementsThey are looking a candidates with 2/3 years within M&A, Corporate Finance or Investment BankingPast experience within Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy is requiredAn entrepreneurial mindset in order to try and help grow the business as well as your career.
