Investment Manager

Position Summary:The role provides a combination of investment banking, private equity, and renewable energy project development experience in an exciting industry with multicultural and regional collaboration across its offices in Asia.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage extensive financial models and conduct quantitative analyses on key investment targets;Identify new opportunities and formulate robust investment cases and proposals in the renewable energy industry;Conduct due diligence processes and identify key flaws and upsides on potential acquisitions and strategic joint venture partnerships;Work with the team and other related departments to raise project finance debt and equity funding;Assist in contract negotiations of key commercial agreements;Assist in day-to-day requirements of Lenders and JV Partners;Assist in the corporate finance and restructuring workstreams to meet the requirements of the business;Assist in corporate governance and structuring to protect shareholder and investor interests;Assist in both buy-side (M&A) and sell-side transactions (Strategic JVs) in due diligence and execution of transactions.Support the team in preparation of internal memos required for investment approval;Maintain asset management reports for PH renewable energy portfolio for the various stakeholders;Work with regional counterparts as the need arises;Understand the interplay of the various facets of the business (e.g. technical, finance, community relations, etc.) to create recommendations for corporate decisions;Collaborate with professionals from different backgrounds and points of view to create solutions and mitigate risks; andPerform other related duties as assigned.Pre-requisites:BS/BA in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any related fields7 to 10 years in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity functionsProficient in financial modeling, valuations, and quantitative analysisAbility to work on several projects concurrently, and the willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced dynamic environmentStrong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
