As an Outsourced staff member, you will enjoy a fun and friendly working environment, competitive salaries, opportunities for growth and development, work-life balance, and the chance to share your passion with a team of over 1,000 talented professionalsKey Responsibilities And ScopeInvestor OnboardingAssist investors with the registration process on our platformManage KYC and AML compliance processesFacilitate the signing of required documentationCapital Call ManagementCoordinate capital calls and ensure timely transfer of fundsCommunicate with investors regarding capital call schedules and requirementsEnsure capital event documentation is accurately recorded on client portfolios across platformsOngoing Investment ManagementMonitor and manage ongoing capital calls throughout the investment lifecycleWork with platform partners to ensure timely information flow and updatesAddress and resolve post-trade queries from investors regarding their holdingsOperational EfficiencyIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, aligned with our values of innovation and excellence.Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentationSupport the rollout of new systems and technologies.Work ScheduleMonday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM Manila TimeWork LocationHome-basedShould have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM) Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
