Investor Relations Associate

Coda Search is recruiting for an asset management group that is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate with offices located in New York, NY. The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for preparing quarterly and year-end marketing materials, preparing pitchbooks, competitor analysis, updating the investor portal, and financial insights for leadership.Responsibilities:Prepare quarterly and year-end investor reportsAssist with preparing marketing material for prospective investorsBuild frameworks and questionnaires for prospective investorsPrepare competitors analysisWork closely with the deals, marketing and operations teamUpdate and manage all information into the CRM systemAnswering investor questions and responding in a timely manner Qualifications: Bachelors degree required3+ years experience in consulting, asset management, banking or private equityStrong excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong communication skills (written/verbal)
