Investor Relations Associate

Job Overview: A private equity firm with over $1B in AUM is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support the firm's Head of Capital Formation. This individual will be involved in all aspects of Investor Relations, Marketing, and Capital Formation activities for the Firm.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests.Prepare and distribute quarterly reports, investor presentations, and performance updates.Assist in fundraising activities, including drafting marketing materials and coordinating due diligence.Maintain CRM systems and investor databases to ensure accurate records.Support senior leadership in organizing investor meetings, annual conferences, and roadshows.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform investor communications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.2-4 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, or asset management.Strong analytical and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
