Your opportunity:DCCP | Deutsche Credit Capital Partners is a European, Germany-headquartered, bank-independent Private Debt platform focussing on mid-market transactions, complementing banks’ traditional products with alternative strategies and institutional money.In our young and dynamic team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals from the corporate & investment banking and asset management industries. You will take ownership of projects, drive strategically important fundraising initiatives, and engage directly with senior decision-makers at leading institutional investors and asset managers. In this role, you will actively shape our investor relations efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the DCCP platform.What you can expect:Take ownership of investor relations and fundraising projects, including the planning and coordination of investor outreach, meetings and roadshowsSupport senior management in business development, market positioning and strategic growth projectsIdentify and develop new strategic partnerships, business opportunities and growth initiativesManage communication and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors and asset managersKey contact person for large international and reputable institutional and semi-institutional investorsContribute to the design and execution of strategically important fundraising initiativesPrepare and further develop investor materials, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholdersConduct market and competitor analyses to identify new fundraising opportunities and investment trendsGain an understanding of key competitors' offerings and know how to position Deutsche Credit's solutions effectivelyMaintain and enhance the CRM system to ensure comprehensive documentation of investor interactions and fundraising progressManage, mentor and support interns and working studentsWho we are looking for:University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in finance, economics, business administration or a related field2-4 years of relevant professional experience in investor relations, asset management, finance or consultingStrong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and institutional investor dynamics demonstrating an interest in private marketsExcellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in engaging senior stakeholdersProactive, structured and reliable working style with a high level of ownership and attention to detailAbility to manage several projects independently in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environmentProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM systems (experience with DealCloud preferred)Fluent in German and English language, written and oralHighly motivated team-player who seeks to work in a creative and challenging environment and approach tasks reliably and independentlyWe look forward to receiving your application including CV and certificates!Contact:DCCP Deutsche Credit Capital GmbHOpernTurm, 20.
