Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Investor Relations Manager. This is a senior role with significant responsibility for managing communication between the company and its investors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of investor relations and act as the primary point of contact for shareholders, analysts, and financial stakeholders.Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.Work closely with external partners such as notaries, lawyers, and banks to ensure accurate documentation and smooth financial processes.Review, analyze, and interpret real estate purchase and lease contracts to provide clear insights for management and investors.Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.Provide management with market insights and investor feedback to support strategic decision-making.Job RequirementsAdvantageous to have a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related field.A legal background (Law degree) or prior experience working with / for a notary is a strong advantage.Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial reporting.Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and real estate contracts (purchase and lease agreements).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data and insights.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.BenefitsCompetitive and attractive salary package.Friendly and collaborative work environment.Private medical insurance.
