Job ResponsibilitiesThe applicant should be able to:– Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.– Verify customer details, pricing, and order information before billing.– Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.– Maintain organized financial and customer records.– Reconcile accounts receivable and prepare reports.– Work closely with sales, accounts, and operations teams.Skills and Competencies– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.– Good numerical and data entry skills.– Familiarity with invoicing and accounting software.– Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.– Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial terminology.– Communication skills (for client follow-ups).– Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.Experience– Intermediate: 2–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting support.– Experience working with ERP systems or POS systemsEducation Requirements– Minimum: High school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).– Preferred: Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Office Management.To apply, send your CV to recruitment@mytconsulting.com clearly stating the position applied for in the email subject.Please note: Your CV format should be in PDF or Word.
