该职位来源于猎聘 工作地点：北京海淀 职位描述： 1、BD策略与执行：独立负责动漫IP自营衍生品厂商洽谈与引入，跨界合作等商务拓展工作 2、洞察合作伙伴需求，基于微博动漫IP生态，为合作方构建IP衍生品营销合作方案 3、分析竞品动态，不断优化BD策略和打法。 任职要求： 1.必备条件： 本科及以上学历，3年以上IP授权、品牌合作、衍生品开发或相关领域商务拓展经验，有动漫行业衍生品厂商资源者优先 2、了解国内外动漫IP，对二次元文化有极高的热情和 deep understanding，是资深动漫爱好者加分！ 3、有一定的商务谈判能力、沟通表达能力和提案能力，能清晰阐述IP价值与合作亮点。 4、善于链接多方资源，具备优秀的跨部门协作和项目推进能力。 应聘方式： 请将您的简历发送至：*********************** 邮件标题请注明：IP衍生品运营-姓名
