Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.负责当区零售团队的管理和统筹，同时肩负所在区域的门店拓展的前期调研和谈判； 2.掌握和调整销售计划，带领所属团队完成区域月度、季度销售任务； 3.维护与商场的客情关系，并负责对应商场活动的折扣洽谈和应收账款的追回； 4.了解店铺的销售情况，追踪货品的销售走势和分析，及时与商品沟通货货品的流转； 5.协助团队内部的人员提升和培训开展。 任职要求： 1.大专及以上学历，7年以上同岗位经验； 2.熟悉零售店铺营运管理，熟悉商场合作流程、商品管理调拨流程、店铺运作流程； 3.良好的公关能力和谈判技巧，并能够承受较大的压力。 4.具备多种激励技巧、培训技巧和管理方法； 5.熟悉深圳市场，并有长期在此发展的意愿。
