该职位来源于猎聘 As a Vertical Client Manager in the TMT & Automotive verticals, you are responsible for developing and managing top client resources in this industry, including high-tech companies, media organizations, telecom operators and Automotive companies. You will leverage your professional knowledge and industry experience to deeply understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and drive customer success and business growth.The key priorities are: drive business growth, cross-sell & up-sell, global key account management and engagement. Responsibilities:Manage key accounts in the TMT&Auto industry to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities; maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, and develop new logo of TMT&Auto.Understand customer business needs and collaborate with product/solution experts to provide tailored solutions.Work cross-functionally, well manage internal resource, as the key owner to ensure completing deals and successful delivery and quality of customer projects.Manage the sales process, including proposals, negotiations, and contract signings.Track industry trends and competitor dynamics to support sales strategies.Communicate regularly with customers, collect feedback, and optimize products and services.Monitor and interpret changes in TMT&Auto industry policies and regulations, adjusting strategies to ensure compliance. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Media, Marketing, or related fields.At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the TMT industry, including customer management experience in multinational corporations.Strong tracking record of driving business growth, management complex clients, and complex partnerships collaboration with global key accounts.Requires strong resilience, stress tolerance, goal achievement capability, and learning ability.Experience working with both TMT companies (as a client) and service providers (as a vendor), understanding both sides’ business processes and needs.Strong business acumen and customer management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in multicultural and cross-departmental environments.Good project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English and Chinese.Familiarity with TMT industry compliance, including relevant laws, regulations, policies, and event management is preferred.
