If you’re detail-oriented and eager to learn, this is your chance to grow.About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And AccomplishmentsProficient in GermanProficient in EnglishAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .Paralegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent are considered as a bonusCustomer care or support experience, direct communication with customers/clientsOutstanding attention to detail and capability to focus on completing tasks and assignments under pressure and with precisionWhat will you be doing in this role?Supporting patent related projects and ensuring back-up operational support to clients and supervisors in German-speaking regionsSupporting paralegals and patent attorneys in prosecuting patent applications and registrations with local and international IP offices, directly or via outside counselGathering and providing outside counsels with information and documentation necessary to prosecute/maintain patent applications/registrationsCreating summaries and status reports of patent matters for clientsStaying up to date with procedural changes and evolving regulations in international IP legislation and officesIssuing invoices and reviewing outside counsel invoices for accuracyAbout The TeamThe IP Admin Team, part of our wider Operations team, plays a key role in supporting patent filing and prosecution activities. Team members handle a variety of operational tasks — including applications, registrations, recordals, and renewals, following clearly defined workflows and Standard Operating Procedures.
