As we continue to scale globally, we're excited to welcome new team members who share our curiosity and growth mindset, and are ready to make an impact!What you’ll doEnsure the office is well-maintained, clean, and fully operational, addressing maintenance or repair needs as they arise.Oversee daily office operations, including mail distribution, call handling, scheduling meetings, and welcoming visitors and clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and support.Monitor and maintain office inventory (supplies, stationery, cleaning materials, food, beverages, etc.), ensuring timely replenishment.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure timely and cost-effective delivery of office supplies and services.Manage and archive incoming invoices, notifications, and correspondence from vendors, banks, and government institutions, ensuring daily sharing with the Finance department.Assist employees with expense reports, including receipt collection, verification, and archiving.Arrange travel logistics such as accommodation, transport, and restaurant bookings for business needs.Support the organization of meetings and events hosted at the office (e.g., client visits, onboarding sessions, internal trainings, workshops), and informal company gatherings.Assist in office-related projects such as renovations, relocations, or opening new office hubs locally and regionally.What you’ll needPrevious experience in office administration, coordination, or assistance roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.Accuracy and attention to detail in handling invoices, documentation, and inventory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.Proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with a focus on maintaining a pleasant and efficient work environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with digital document management tools (scanning, archiving).Fluency in English (both written and spoken).What we offerDevelopment program (training & conferences, internal knowledge sharing)Outstanding referral bonusesPrivate health insurance and 100% paid sick leave25 days of vacationPaternity leave – 15 days for new dadsReduced working hours for the first month after returning from maternityMental health programEnglish language coursesFitPass
