Work alongside fellow Management Associates and seasoned professionals who value diverse perspectives, creative problem-solving, and collective achievement in delivering exceptional public service.Selection Process You will go through 4 stages of assessment as follows:Video interview and written assessmentScreening interviewCognitive/ psychometric testsPanel interview with Senior ManagementApplication Cycle Application Period – October 2025 to February 2026Interviews will take place from November 2025 to April 2026.Successful applicants will commence from 1 Jul 2026.[What we are looking for]Apply to our Management Associate Programme if you have what we are looking for:Singaporean/ Singapore Permanent Resident undergraduate in your final year of study in any discipline; or a recent graduate with 2 years or less of working experienceDynamic, agile individualStrong academic achievements in any disciplineExcellent Co-Curricular Activities track recordProven leadership abilities. Applicants with working experiences should have a strong track record in demonstrating this through past work experiences.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to develop, recommend and implement initiatives that would positively impact taxpayers and stakeholders.
