The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for operational excellence.📍 Location: 30 Pasir Panjang Road #15-31A, S117440, Singapore, Singapore⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office💼 Role: Project Operations/Project AssistantJob Responsibilities Responsible for the daily review and quality inspection of the company's platform/product content to ensure that the content is safe, compliant, and meets the company's quality standards; Monitor and audit project operation processes, promptly identify and report problems and risks in the processes, participate in the discussion and implementation of optimization solutions, and improve operational efficiency; Assist in promoting the implementation of various key projects of the company, including but not limited to cross-departmental resource coordination, task assignment, progress tracking, information synchronization and data organization for projects designated by the company, to ensure the smooth progress of the projects; Regularly collect and organize operational and project data, conduct preliminary analysis, and output reports to provide effective data support for team decision-making; Proactively respond to business changes and complete other assigned project operation support work.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with excellent English communication skills; Candidates with more than 1 year of experience in internet operations, project coordination, or content review will be given priority. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel/PPT/Word), with basic data processing and chart creation skills; Sensitive to internet content, proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, risk awareness, and sound value judgment; Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong team spirit, and is able to collaborate effectively with internal and external departments; Possesses clear logic, strong problem-solving and identification abilities, adapts well to fast-paced, multi-tasking work environments, and is willing to work shifts.
