The prospect is expected to support the development and implementation of comprehensive future readiness assessment frameworks that enable businesses to evaluate their preparedness for emerging trends and technologies, fostering strategic transformation and resilience in a rapidly evolving landscape. The prospect is also expected to support the planning and execution of key strategic projects, as well as research, advocacy and policy workstreams, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders in both the public and private sectors to align with organisational objectives and enhance the future-readiness of businesses in Singapore.Job Responsibilities:Support the continued development, refinement, and application of future readiness projects, including updating methodologies and supporting the deployment of assessment tools and frameworks.Establish systematic data collection and analysis processes for various initiatives related to business future readiness, policy and research, and organising comprehensive documentation to support project development and implementation.Research emerging trends, policy shifts, and regulatory frameworks affecting business future readiness, developing evidence-based policy options, and integrating findings into ongoing and new initiatives.Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights, identifying policy gaps and opportunities. Thereafter, prepare executive presentations, policy briefs, and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions on future readiness concepts and tools, coordinate logistics and prepare materials to support effective dissemination of information, including coordinating with internal partners to exchange and verify data.Draft policy papers, position statements, and official responses to regulatory consultations ensuring alignment with SBF’s strategic goals.Screen and prioritise incoming queries related to future readiness projects, ensuring timely responses and escalating critical matters to appropriate decision-makers.Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate meetings to discuss improvements and strategic direction.Job Requirements:Job Experience and Functional Knowledge:Candidates with or without prior experience are welcomed. Open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.Exposure to or interest in public policy, business administration, or stakeholder engagement is a plus.Background in data analysis, project management, and technical writingTechnical Competencies:Ability to translate complex research and data into actionable policy recommendations, position papers, and official government or corporate responses.Project coordination skills, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and updating stakeholders.Good skills in developing presentations and reportsSoft Skills:Energetic, proactive, and highly organised. Exceptional written communication skills are mandatory for drafting policy briefs, technical guidelines, and external communication materials. Must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiencesStrong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder managementClear and concise communication, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Business Administration,, or related field, or an equivalent diploma qualification in a relevant discipline
