Roles and responsibilitiesLiaise with relevant stakeholders on queries relating to the aircraft maintenance work packageCreation of aircraft maintenance check package revisionPreparation and distribution of Works Program for the aircraft maintenance checkPreparation and distribution of the Daily Shortage Sheet (DSS)Raising of Purchase Request (PR) for Purchase On Behalf (POB)Preparation and distribution of Planned Transit Listing for In-house and Out-house repair / exchange / overhaulSet up Input Meeting [virtual or physical meeting] including invitation of customer repsAdherence to Planning milestonesLiaise with Standards and/or Check Planner on details of the aircraft maintenance work packagePreparation and distribution of Bill of Material (BOM) required for the aircraft maintenance checkPreparation and distribution of Bill of Tool (BOT) required for the aircraft maintenance checkPreparation of task cards and attachment, including trade and area stamping, required for aircraft maintenance checkUploading of the SAP orders for the aircraft maintenance checkSuch other duties as assigned by the MPS (3P Check Packaging). Qualifications and RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environmentTeam player with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, having some experience working with Microsoft Excel and using simple formulas, filtering, sorting would be advantageous)Some SAP knowledge will be advantageousRelated working experience in Base Maintenance work environment would be advantageousAbility to appropriately engage with customer (primarily via emails and phone calls)Ability to adhere to timelines and milestones We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.At SIA Engineering, we are committed to ensuring your personal information is protected and never misused.
