Job Title: IT Administrator (1–2 Years’ Experience)Location: Pune, Maharashtra Department: IT / Infrastructure Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are looking for a motivated IT Administrator to support our IT operations, manage company assets, and ensure system security. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, asset management, and basic system/network administration.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update IT asset inventory (laptops, servers, software, licenses). Assist with procurement, deployment, and disposal of IT equipment. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and endpoint security. Monitor antivirus, patch updates, and firewall activity. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users. Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and support tickets. Support IT Manager in audits, compliance, and security initiatives.Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT administration or support. Good understanding of networks, Active Directory, and system security. Familiar with IT asset management tools and software licensing.
