Key Responsibilities:Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, promotional campaigns, academic events, and institutional communications.Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and visual storyboards.Ensure all videos align with the university’s brand identity and communication standards.Manage video footage, sound, and visual assets with attention to detail and accuracy.Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects where required to enhance the visual appeal.Maintain video archives and ensure proper storage and organization of all assets.Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in video production and editing.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Communication, or a related field.4-6 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in an educational institution, corporate, or agency setting.Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and related tools.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand communication.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Skills and Attributes:Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to adapt to diverse content requirements – from academic storytelling to promotional material.Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-oriented professional.
