IT Analyst

The goal is to optimize data flows, ensure data accuracy, and support the delivery of business intelligence solutions by translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories for the development team.Responsibilities You'll HaveAnalyze data stored in data warehouses and prepare insights for stakeholders.Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and validate data.Collaborate with business users, project managers, and developers to understand requirements.Document functional and non-functional requirements.Create UML/BPMN diagrams and data models.Maintain project documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.Support Agile ceremonies — refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.Define acceptance criteria and perform demo sign-offs.Ensure compliance with AML and other financial regulations.Expected competences and knowledgeSolid working knowledge of SQL (query writing, data validation, and analysis).Strong data analysis and data modelling skills.Practical experience with UML/BPMN for process and system documentation.Proven ability to document functional and non-functional requirements.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Good understanding of AML regulatory requirements within financial institutions.Experience using Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint for project documentation and tracking.Technologies you'll work withSQL ConfluenceJiraSharePointUML / BPMNAgile / Scrum Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
