Position Title: IT and Communication Coordinator Location: Putalisadak Reports To: Program Lead Job Purpose:The IT and Communication Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support in IT systems, managing digital communication platforms, and ensuring smooth internal coordination. This role combines technical IT knowledge, graphic design capability, and communication management to support overall organizational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. IT Support and ManagementProvide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.Ensure timely data backup and secure storage of organizational documents.Maintain and update computer systems, internet, and networking connections.Support staff in IT-related tools and applications.2. Communication and DesignDesign and develop creative promotional materials, flyers, and infographics using Canva or other relevant tools.Regularly update and manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance organizational visibility.Support internal and external communication initiatives and maintain consistency in branding.3. Documentation and Administrative SupportMaintain proper documentation and backups of official files and records.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials.Coordinate with internal teams for information dissemination and updates.4. Logistics and CoordinationSupport logistics and administrative arrangements for trainings meetings, events, and internal programs.Assist in procurement and maintenance of IT and communication-related supplies and equipment.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Understanding of computer networks and data backup systems.Graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate level).Additional Skills:Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.Knowledge of social media management and digital communication trends.
