Senior WordPress developer & Technical Specialist

We’re seeking a Senior WordPress developer & Technical Specialist to lead the development, optimization, and seamless integration of our online platforms. You’ll own the technical strategy behind our websites, automations, and marketing systems—driving smooth operations while mentoring team members and implementing best practices.This role is perfect for a technically confident leader who thrives on solving complex problems, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring the back end of digital operations runs flawlessly.Location: Bagdol, LalitpurResponsibilities of the Candidate:Oversee and maintain our WordPress and Shopify websites, ensuring top performance, security, and scalability.Architect and manage platform automations and integrations using GoHighLevel.Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio connections.Design and manage custom integrations between marketing tools, websites, forms, and CRMs.Implement, test, and optimize tracking and conversion pixels to support marketing goals.Provide senior-level technical support and guidance for new integrations, tools, and workflows.Bonus: Lead initiatives to build and deploy AI agents (ChatGPT, Zapier, N8N, custom APIs) to improve automation and efficiency.Requirements:4+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress, Shopify, and web architecture, with a proven ability to lead complex integrations.Advanced expertise with GoHighLevel or similar automation platforms (Zapier, ClickFunnels, etc.).Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.Demonstrated ability to plan and execute third-party integrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mentor team members, present solutions, and drive technical decisions.Bonus: Experience implementing AI-driven solutions using OpenAI APIs, Zapier, or similar automation tools.Nice to HaveWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom tweaks and optimizations.Background collaborating with marketing, growth, or analytics teams.Strategic understanding of how technical systems drive business outcomes.To apply: please send your updated cv and portfolio to hr@talentsathi.com, we will fast track the application process.
