IT Business Analyst (Domain in Financial Services)

Design test cases & defining testing approaches. Participate in the complete SDLC, develop accurate and efficient programs according to business requirements and technical specifications. Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business. Work with vendor to resolve issues and answer user queries. Assist Users during the testing phase.. Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements. Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders. Conduct user training sessions. Requirement Gathering for FO Interfaces & Reports Requirements. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably from Financial Engineering, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information System or relevant disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good knowledge of SQL, VBA Excel, and Oracle Database. Strong understanding of business process reengineering and optimization. Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Experienced in developing concise and comprehensive test plans and cases. Proactive with the ability to deliver tasks on-time. Highly committed and motivated to learn in the Financial Market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences. Familiarity with fintech solutions and how they can be applied to solve challenges in the financial sector.
