Our client is a leading international bank with a strong Asia presence and a deep franchise across Greater China. The bank has established itself as a key offshore RMB and USD liquidity provider for Chinese financial institutions, offering a full suite of treasury and markets products. Its institutional business continues to grow steadily, driven by long-term partnerships with policy banks, securities firms, and fund houses.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Chinese financial institutions (banks, securities firms, asset managers, and funds) active in offshore markets.Drive sales and revenue growth across FX, rates, fixed income, and structured solutions.Collaborate with trading, structuring, and coverage teams to deliver tailored market solutions.Identify cross-selling opportunities and support clients’ offshore investment and financing needs.Stay abreast of regulatory developments and macro trends impacting China offshore activities.Contribute to regional strategy and ensure alignment with group objectives.Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or relationship management within global markets or financial institutions coverage.Strong understanding of China’s financial system, offshore liquidity flows, and regulatory landscape.Proven track record managing institutional clients in China or Hong Kong.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across geographies and functions.Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their resume to Jun Leong at JL@empowerpartners.sg, quoting the job title.
