Job Title/Role : IT Business AnalystLocation : Gothenburg (Göteborg), SwedenOnsite.DescriptionWe are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience of management consulting as well project management in the vehicle software domain.You will collaborate closely with the IT Program Manager. You will coordinate and drive specific topics/meetings as well as participate in IT/Product program meetings. You will also support the creation of communication material tailored to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to senior leaders.The assignment will require a holistic view with end-to-end mindset for the complete scope and to engage with teams and stakeholders in multiple Truck Divisions and Business Areas/Units within Client Group as well as teams and stakeholders in Group Digital & IT.Required Skills Structured and efficient approach and able to manage short timelines Coordinate and drive specific topics/meetings as well as participate in IT/Product program meetings Able to navigate and resolve conflicting views and drive for decisions and outcomes Strong facilitator that can run efficient meetings/workshops Planning and coordination across organizations and teams Strong communication skills and able to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to senior leaders Support the creation of communication material tailored to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to senior leaders
