Giftaway® offers a convenient way to shop, making it easier for customers to purchase and redeem digital gift cards.Role DescriptionA full-time role for an IT Engineer in Makati responsible for handling a range of critical functions, including asset, identity access, and user lifecycle management. Additional duties include the creation and enforcement of policies, network and hardware troubleshooting, and the automation of IT processes.ResponsibilitiesHandle asset management, including deployment, inventory, and lifecycle trackingDesign and build automations for IT processesHandle user lifecycle and identity access managementProvide technical support for any network, software, or hardware-related concernsCollaborate in crafting and enforcing IT and security policiesEnsure adherence to regulatory compliance and industry best practicesAssist in IT-related audits Create and maintain documentation such as procedures, guides, and incident reportsQualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related fieldPrior experience with IT process automation is a mustExperience with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR and implementation thereof is an advantageExperience in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is an advantageWith 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the IT fieldExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience working in a startup environment is a plus
