Do you have experience as an IT Technician or a Field Engineer?Are you interested in working for an international IT Services company, global leader in its sector?On behalf of our client, a well-known and leading software and services provider in the financial, retail and hospitality sectors, we are looking for a Field Engineer.📌 Location: North Athens, Greece.You will be starting your daily schedule from your home, and you will be visiting clients’ sites for maintenance & repair. Our client’s HQ is based at Gerakas and this is where part of your training might take place. Also, some business trips to islands will be required (daily trips, by ship / plane etc.)Key requirement: You must own a car/motorcycle.📍 Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 but there is a weekly stand by status (more info will be shared during the interview process.)You will respond to all customer problems by resolving them or by escalating them to the proper associate or the Control Tower🖋️ You will be reporting to the Services Country ManagerWhat you will do:Perform work on low-complexity products and services, specifically front-line maintenance on various types of equipment, such as ATMs, computers, printers and POS systems. Overall, troubleshooting is related to HW or network equipmentTroubleshoot, maintain and repair, as well as perform modifications to the customer's equipment according to the manufacturer's/customer's instructions and always in collaboration with vendor's NOC supportInstall, modify, uninstall of equipment & software when requiredFollow appropriate security procedures when working with client’s equipment or ATMs within financial institutionsRequirementsUniversity Degree or IEK, TEI, Technical Vocational School degree in either Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Communications EngineeringExperience as a Field Service Technician or relevant field position will be considered an assetExperience in PC Hardware maintenance and supportBasic networking and Cisco skillsCCNA certification will be a plusAbility to work with Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication, problem solving, and collaboration skillsTeam-player personalityDriving license and ownership of a motorcycle or car (as you will need to visit sites)Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)Ability to travelBenefits💰 Attractive Monthly salary range⚕️ Private Insurance💻 Company phone & laptop🔧 Working equipment🚗 Daily mileage allowance💳 Overtime payment👥 Recruiting process: If you are interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
