The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Packaging Team Leader to join our Production OSD team at our premises in Sapes, Northern Greece.As a Packaging Team Leader, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth operations of packaging through the appropriate training, management and development of the respective personnel.RequirementsMore particularly:What You Will DoReceive QC-approved bulk product from Production and all necessary packaging materials from the WarehouseCooperate with the person responsible for all required in-process controlsCheck authenticity tapes and maintain special records regarding their transportationApply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibilityReturn all waste/unused packaging materials to the Warehouse and record destroyed materialsPerform all activities in a safe and efficient mannerForward finished product to the Warehouse, completing the necessary delivery notesFill in packaging slips and forward them to the Production SupervisorAssign in-room tasks to all packaging employees based on their capabilities to ensure positions are staffed with qualified personnelThe Ideal Candidate Should HaveMinimum a BSc Degree 3-5 years of previous experience in a pharmaceutical environmentJob-Specific SkillsExcellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)Computer literacyExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAble to work in rotating shiftsBenefitsWhat you'll gain:Involvement in a high-caliber, team-oriented and dynamic atmosphereExposure to challenging business issues and practicesGreat opportunity to leverage and develop your business knowledge and skillsJoin our team and experience the unique Pharmathen’s culture that gives you the opportunity to innovate, to make decisions, to achieve your own potential and to chart your own career.
