HelpDesk SpecialistLocation: Onsite – BGC, TaguigShift: Nightshift (EST)Experience: Minimum 1.9 years of experience in IT Service Desk or Technical SupportAbout the Role:IT By Design is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1–2 technical support for end users, including hardware, software, and network issues.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Active Directory, O365, and general desktop support.Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM system accurately and promptly.Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers when needed.Maintain excellent communication and ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).At least 1.9 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Desk or Technical Support.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, O365, and basic networking concepts.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.A team player with a proactive and service-oriented approach.If you’re tech-savvy, dependable, and eager to grow your IT career — we’d love to hear from you!
