With over 10,000+ customers and an ambitious trajectory toward global expansion, there's never been a better time to join Rewaa!We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Intern to support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and end-user systems. The role is responsible for providing technical support, managing IT assets, handling employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining network and security systems. The IT Intern will ensure reliable IT operations across the organization while also contributing to automation initiatives that  improve daily IT processes and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company’s internet connectivity and network infrastructure on our Fortinet firewall. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network connectivity, and internal IT systemsDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, applications, and company tools. Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet-related issuesInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and SIM cardsPrepare and deploy IT equipment for employees. Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Provision and deprovision user accounts, access permissions, and devices. Ensure all required hardware and software are properly assigned and configured for new hires. Maintain accurate records of IT assets including laptops, accessories, and other equipment. Conduct regular asset audits and ensure inventory accuracy. Develop and support automation workflows to improve daily IT operations. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Fresh Graduate eligible for the Tamheer ProgramBasic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi). Basic knowledge of network security and firewalls (Fortinet experience is a plus).  Interest or experience in automations and workflow optimization. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical usersCompensation and BenefitsMonthly stipendHands-on training in IT infrastructure and technical support operationsPractical experience in network management, IT asset administration, and user supportExposure to automation initiativesSupportive learning environment and on-the-job mentorshipOpportunity to develop professional and technical skillsAlert for CandidatesPlease be aware that Rewaa and its subsidiaries do not conduct interviews via email or text and will never request payment as a condition for applying for a position or receiving a job offer.
