This role requires strong communication, basic negotiation skills, and intermediate analytical capabilities. The position contributes to category strategy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement organization.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute tactical purchasing activities and assist in sourcing processes.Identify and evaluate new supplier options.Participate in negotiations under guidance from senior team members.Collaborate with stakeholders and procurement teams on RFP preparation.Support implementation of category strategies.Maintain procurement systems and tools (e.g., Coupa).Perform cost analysis and recommend savings opportunities.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 1 year of procurement or negotiation experience in a multinational environment.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).Intermediate Excel proficiency.Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.Cultural awareness and proactive attitude.Project management experience is an asset.Additional Information Hybrid work - 2 days in week working from home on a daily basisAnnual bonus Private health care - LuxmedLife insurance - UnumPension scheme (PPK)MyBenefit system (Multisport, vouchers)Internal referral program Professional development and career growth within a global organization.Collaborative and innovative team culture.We support your development!
