The ideal candidate will lead our technology operations, manage a skilled IT team, and drive digital transformation initiatives across our dealership network. This role is critical to ensuring our systems support business growth, operational efficiency, and data security.Schedule: Full-timeSalary: $110,000 - $130,000 per yearWhat We OfferHealth & Dental Care and Employee Assistance Program: Access a wide range of medical, dental, and mental wellness services to keep you and your family healthy.RRSP: Secure your future with our retirement savings plan.Paid Time Off: Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule.Career Growth and Development: Access to paid training, NADA courses for various departments, and internal professional and career development opportunities.What Your Day Will Look LikeDevelop and execute IT strategies aligned with TAG's business objectivesLead digital transformation and dealership system integrations and process automationManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and servicesOversee help desk operations and technical support across all locationsLead, coach, and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentEnsure secure and efficient operation of all IT systems and infrastructureManage network environments, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuityImplement cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with regulationsConduct system audits and risk assessmentsCollaborate with department leaders to identify and implement tech solutionsManage IT budgets and optimize resource allocationDeliver training programs on new technologies and cybersecurity best practicesStay current with emerging technologies and industry trendsWho You AreTechnical Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of IT team leadership experience5+ years of progressive IT experience in multi-location or retail/automotive environmentsExpertise in Microsoft Cloud Services (M365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)Strong knowledge of networking and Zero Trust security frameworksProven cross-functional project management and infrastructure experienceExperience with cloud services and IT transformationsFamiliarity with Canadian privacy laws and cybersecurity regulationsPreferred SkillsExperience with cloud services and IT transformationsFamiliarity with Canadian privacy laws and cybersecurity regulationsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical executionCollaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentRequirementValid BC driver's license and vehicle for travel to lower mainland dealerships when required.About UsBe part of an amazing team that lives their values out loud each day!
