About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled IT manager to join our team at Wadi El Nile Factory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments, providing technical support, and ensuring system reliability and security within a manufacturing setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and operate the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices.Handle day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.Oversee system updates and ensure compliance with security and compatibility requirements.Maintain and administer Microsoft platforms, virtualization environments, and backup systems.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance performance and ensure operational continuity.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field.Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and technical support, preferably within industrial or factory environments.Technical Expertise RequiredWindows Server (2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2019)—mandatory certification.Office 365, Exchange (2016–2019 On-Premises), SharePoint (2016–2019 On-Premises).Experience with Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).Strong knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware ESXi virtualization platforms.Experience managing SQL Server environments.Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite) tools such as Google Sites and Google Meet.Knowledge of System Center Data Protection Manager and Veeam Backup & Replication.Understanding of Cisco networking technologies and holding a CCNA Routing & Switching certification.Familiarity with information security technologies and Sophos XG Firewalls.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.High level of responsibility and reliability.Work ConditionsLocation: El Khattaba – Km 14, Sadat City (inside the factory).Accommodation: Provided on-site.Salary: Negotiable based on experience.Benefits: Competitive package with housing and additional allowances.
