IT Operation Intern – IT Automation

We offer a range of services such as cloud computing, advertising, FinTech, and other enterprise services to support our clients' digital transformation and business growth.Position OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and talented AI Intern to join Tencent’s Europe IT Center in Amsterdam. You will work closely with our IT Operations and Infra support teams to explore how AI can transform IT workflows, automate processes, and enhance user support efficiency through intelligent tools and chatbots.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and documentation of IT operational workflows, identifying opportunities for AI and automation improvement.Participate in the development of internal AI-powered IT Chatbots, including data integration, API creation, and backend logic implementation.Assist in creating automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive manual tasks.Collaborate with IT engineers to prototype and deploy automation or AI-based solutions in real business scenarios.Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for AI models or automation tools.Help maintain internal knowledge bases and build intelligent FAQ/self-service systems.Prepare technical documentation, including system diagrams, APIs, and workflow descriptions.RequirementsYou speak fluent English and MandarinYou are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or related disciplines.You have strong programming skills, preferably in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.You have experience or interest in building and using APIs, automation frameworks, or chatbot platforms (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, RPA tools).You are familiar with IT service workflows, ticketing systems, or process automation concepts.You are a quick learner, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.You are available for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months.You can commit to 5 days working from our office in Amsterdam.Equal Employment Opportunity at TencentAs an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
