IT Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily IT operations support for warehouse systems and ensure timely issue resolution.Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to implement and validate new system features or process updates Lead root cause analysis of recurring system issues and propose actionable solutions.Supervise documentation of system problems, user feedback, and system usage pattern.Initiate and manage improvement projects aimed at Company KPI (e.g increasing efficiency, reducing manual work, or minimizing operational risks)Support user training, SOP creation, and rollout of new tools or processes in collaboration with relevant departments.Maintain structured communication and alignment between warehouse operations, product teams, and other departments.Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress of improvement initiatives.Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the IT Operations & Improvement function.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, system support, or process improvement — preferably in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce environment.Proven experience in cross-department collaboration (e.g., working with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams).Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or similar operational systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.Proven leadership ability — able to guide and motivate team members effectively.Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
