该职位来源于猎聘 This position is responsible for managing IT projects to deliver high quality end- to-end business application solutions for the department. Working collaboratively with the technical lead, project manager and business users during the project lifecycle to ensure high quality of deliverables, services and project performance within defined scope, schedule and budget. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCEUniversity degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalentMinimum of 8 years' relevant experience in project deliveryDemonstration of proven project management skills in managing IT project resources, timelines, budgets, deliverables and risksExcellent analytical mind and problem solving skillsGood understanding to software development lifecycleGood awareness of commercial and contractual issuesExperience in vendor managementStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels within organisation (IT teams, business users) and external vendors.Strong ability in problem troubleshooting and diagnosis.Proficiency in writing, presentation and communication skillsProficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and PutonghuaHands-on experience in managing projects with variety of platforms and technologies including Java, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, NET Framework, Solace, Message Queue etc.Technical / product skills Enterprise grade package software such as MS Dynamics and hospitality system (Hero, Spa, Chain Store Plus, Check SCM) etcHands-on experience in managing off-shore development team, multiple vendors, contractors and sub-contractors in project deliverySolid understanding and in-depth experience of the software development lifecycle in waterfall and agile delivery approachesAgile / Scrum Master Certification (e.g.SAFe) is preferred
