Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager on behalf of one of our global clients to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to define project objectives, develop, execute and manage IT Projects scope, risks, and issues, and monitor progress against established timelines and budgets. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery through effective stakeholder communication, structured reporting, and efficient coordination of project resources.Key ResponsibilitiesWorks with business and IT management to establish project goals, objectives and deliverables. Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with department, management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget. Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders. Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team and Department manager. Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. At the department level or provides assistance to Program or Project managers on phases of a larger project. Make decisions that impact project level activities. Influence project level budget. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related discipline.3+ years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving business and IT stakeholders.Experience managing project scope, risks, issues, and timelines.Experience coordinating project resources and project teams.Experience preparing project status reports and communicating with stakeholders.Knowledge of project lifecycle and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Experience managing project budgets and tracking project performance.Strong communication and reporting skills.Experience working within corporate governance frameworks and compliance requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ or higher).
