Project ManagementManage development, operation, and maintenance projects for Japanese market products.Take ownership of schedule, quality, requirements, and profitability.Conduct estimation, project planning, backlog management, progress tracking, and risk control.Ensure successful project delivery is aligned with business goals.2. Stakeholder CommunicationCommunicate directly with Product Managers (Japan HQ) and clients via meetings, email, and chat tools.Analyze and understand business requirements, propose solutions, and create outline specifications.Manage expectation alignment and build consensus with stakeholders.3.
