We’re looking for a Service Launch Senior Associate to join our NSS User-Service Launch team, where you’ll lead the rollout of new logistics services from idea to execution. This role is all about turning concepts into reality — planning, piloting, launching, and scaling — while building the playbooks, systems, and SOPs that will define how SPX scales nationwide. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every new service is launched seamlessly, delivers measurable impact, and strengthens SPX’s position as a leader in e-logistics innovationJob DescriptionOwn the launch lifecycle: Be the project owner to scope projects, align stakeholders, drive execution, and lead post-launch reviews.Translate strategy into action: Convert business requirements into clear execution plan (playbooks, SOPs, and system configs, etc.)Lead cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (E.g.: Product, Ops, Marketing, BD, and Customer Service teams etc) to ensure service launches are on time and on targetSet up scalable systems: Establish workflows and automation tools to enable rapid and repeatable launch processesPilot and iterate: Execute initial service pilots, collect feedback, and iterate on service model designs to ensure viability at scaleTrack performance and report insights: Monitor KPIs post-launch, address implementation gaps, and continuously improve service deliveryRequirements4+ years of experience in e-logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, preferably in a fast-scaling environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective influence across multiple levels and teamsProficiency in turning strategy into execution: creating SOPs, planning timelines, and driving operational readinessHighly proactive and adaptable, with a strong bias toward action and continuous learning
