Job Description

Manage Learning Asset Developments (S/4 HANA) Communication & Messaging Stakeholder Engagement & Business Readiness Change & Learning Strategy Must-Have Competencies & Skills: • 1-3 years’ experience in managing learning content lifecycle for S/4 HANA implementation (version control, QA, documentation, reviews, Jira or similar tracking). • Communication Skills: Ability to localize and deliver clear, engaging, and audience tailored messages in both English and Vietnamese. • Skilled in managing cross-functional stakeholders, super users, and process teams to ensure alignment and readiness. • Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of transactions, coordinate Train the-Trainer (TTT) and End-User Training (EUT) and manage multiple timelines simultaneously. • Ability to review and validate high-volume learning assets with accuracy.Preferred Qualifications • Early career professional with 1-3 years’ experience and openness to further development and long term growth within the company. • Certification in Change Management or Learning/Training methodologies. • Experienced working in global ERP transformation programs with both central and local teams. • Familiarity with Enable Now tool and digital learning asset creation. • Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments. • Strong communication both in English and Vietnamese for translating global content into local context
