All employment decisions at Synechron are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to the applicant’s gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected.Job Description:8+ years of experience in Software Project ManagerShould have substantial experience in IT DevelopmentGood to have experience in managing projects within the realms of Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Data Science.Proficiency in project management software tools.Should be proactive leader who can oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring financial objectives are met.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.Required Skills:Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.Experience with risk management and strategic planning.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project.Should have PMP or equivalent project management certification.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fieldSoft Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
