Project Structuring & Delivery• Build clear, actionable project roadmaps outlining deliverables, milestones, and required resources.• Apply agile delivery methods, whether Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models, to keep teams focused and accountable.• Forecast potential issues early and implement preventative actions to minimise disruption.2. Stakeholder Engagement• Act as the main liaison connecting engineering teams, business stakeholders, and client representatives.• Host regular check-ins to refine requirements, validate expectations, and uncover areas needing support.• Lead and coordinate project contributors including Business Analysts, QA specialists, and Support Engineers.3. Technical Alignment• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams, leveraging your understanding of tools like Laravel, Python, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and AWS to support informed decision discussions.• Ensure requirements, technical needs, and delivery expectations are communicated clearly and translated correctly into development tasks.
