About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent Assistant HR Manager to lead Learning & Development initiatives across our regional offices, while driving HR communication, engagement, and well-being programs. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment and is passionate about building capability and culture. This role reports to the CHRO.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development (Primary Focus) Design and implement L&D programmes aligned with business goalsCoordinate training calendars, vendors, and budget trackingFacilitate onboarding, leadership development, and performance enablementTrack learning outcomes and report on impact metricsPartner with regional HR leads to harmonise development effortsDrive culture-building initiatives (values workshops, team-building, recognition programmes)HR Communication, Engagement & Well-being (Secondary Scope)Plan and implement quarterly newsletters and internal communication campaignsDevelop onboarding collaterals and ensure consistent employee experienceOrganize team bonding activities, townhalls, and retreatsDrive well-being initiatives to support employee health and engagementCollaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement across regionsRequirementsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Marketing/Business6 and above years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in L&D or talent developmentStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in HR communications and engagement initiativesFamiliarity with employment practices across mainly Singapore and MalaysiaExperience with data-driven measurement, HRIS systems, and digital learning platforms preferredEmotionally intelligent, organized, and collaborativeStrong presentation and facilitation skillsExperience in conducting basic in-house training is a plusWillingness to travel occasionally (min. twice a month) across regional officesWhat We OfferRegional exposure across high-trust investment and family office environmentsOpportunity to shape culture and capability from the ground upSupportive leadership and a values-driven teamClear growth path into regional talent or HR leadershipAdditional InformationApplicant must be willing to work in our KL Office (Equatorial Plaza).Shortlisted applicant will be required to attempt some online and offline assessment tests as part of our recruitment process, either before or after the second interview.Candidates are hereby informed that they will be offered on yearly renewable for 2 years before conversion to permanent role.
