The Watch Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and offering exceptional service. Daily tasks include maintaining extensive knowledge of our watch collections, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a welcoming and luxurious retail environment. The role also involves educating clients about watch culture and the unique qualities of our product offerings.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to create an outstanding customer experiencePassion for luxury watches, knowledge of horology, and the ability to learn about diverse watch brandsSales and customer service skills, with experience in retail or luxury industries preferredAttention to detail and organizational skills to maintain an elegant store environmentAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced team-oriented settingFluency in English and additional language skills are an advantageProfessional demeanor and appearance to uphold our brand's standardsFlexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
