IT Project Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an IT Project Manager who will lead, coordinate, and manage end-to-end IT projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role acts as the bridge between Product Development, internal users, and the IT development team, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a structured project execution process.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full project lifecycle: scoping, requirement gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.Translate business needs from Product Development team and internal stakeholders into clear technical requirements for developers.Create project plans, manage timelines, allocate IT manpower, and ensure all milestones are met.Facilitate communication between IT developers, and other stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment.Identify risks, handle scope changes, and manage expectations throughout the project.Ensure proper documentation, progress reporting, and post-implementation review.Maintain a balanced workload for the IT team and ensure efficient resource utilization.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or related field.Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical tasks.Capability to assess the current state of IT operations and propose improvements for efficiency and clarity.Comfortable working in an environment where formal project management processes are still being established.Able to Work from Office (Mon-Fri)
