This unique destination offers unforgettable experiences centered around the utilization of sea cucumbers (holothurians) and all aspects of their seagrass ecosystem habitat.Role DescriptionAs a Program Manager, you'll lead environmental initiatives in Bintan, with a focus on marine conservation and climate action, while collaborating with various international organizations. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience, strong skills in proposal writing, program design, and stakeholder engagement, and a background in marine or environmental sciences. Candidates must be target driven, adaptable, and open to occasional travel.QualificationsProject Management, Planning, and Execution skills2-3 years of experience as a Program Manager in Environmental, Climate Change, Marine Conservation, or related fields.Preferably holds a Bachelor's in Communication Science, Fisheries and Marine Science, Oceanography, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.Strong communication, networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.Goal-oriented and able to work under targets.Experienced in designing program proposals related to Social-Environmental Initiatives, Blue Carbon, and Climate Change.Proven experience in project management and stakeholder communication.Willing to work on-site in Bintan.Flexible for assignments outside the city when required.
