Role: IT Recruitment Delivery ConsultantLocation: India (full time on-site)Position: Full-timeTTC Group are looking for a IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in India. Aptitude, attitude and a desire to succeed and progress are paramount. We are looking to recruit a driven individual who will enjoy working hard to achieve a goal whilst being guided and willing to learn.You will deliver an effective delivery service finding suitable candidates for all our roles. You will develop candidate relationships as well as expertise within our core product offering, to enable you to hit quarterly and annual targets.We can offer:A very competitive starting salary (reviewed consistently as you progress), holidays and PensionStructured Internal Training (integration into the Industry and your role)External training and support through offsite delivery working with some of the Industry’s pioneering leadersA fantastic environment to work withinGenuine growth opportunities to take your career forward into sales, key account management, people/team managementRole Outline:Source candidates and coordinate recruitment processes for vacancies on behalf of our UK, US and Indian entitiesWork UK/USA timezones (GMT/BST)Using job boards, CRM system and other databases to identify suitable candidate CVs for jobsDevelop relationship with those candidates and identifying their suitability for positions we are working or other future rolesWriting job specs and job adverts and posting these across our own website, jobsites, social media and other suitable places to attract candidate applicationsCarrying out telephone and video interviews with candidatesProfiling candidate’s CV’s and submission through to the clientsManagement of candidate interviews and providing them with any required supportProviding client feedback to candidates and then any sequential job offers and onboarding processAttending client meetings with the Directors or other Recruitment ConsultantsExperience & Skills Required:A real desire to forge a career, self-motivation & resilienceSupported the US/UK/Europe/APAC marketsPrevious recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the IT sectorDrive to push and develop themselves continuallyExcellent communication skillsDiversity & InclusionTTC Group operates an inclusive and diverse recruitment process, whilst also ensuring our clients do the same and we can provide any advice or education to them in relation to this.
